Return item for refund ... I ordered Galaxy Tab A **.*” Book Cover - Black-EF-BT***PBEGUJ back in May. I sent i back for refund, Return Receipt *DJTLU**YY Dated June *th, and i got an email stating unsuccessful return of Incorrect or unauthorized product. I called a eCommerce division and they said i did everything correctly and did not know why the warehouse did this. They told me the product would be sent back to me and i had to do another return. I have not received product or refund yet. I have several emails saying it it still under investigation. I just want my refund. It has been over * months now. Any help would be appreciated getting my $** dollars back. Thank you
