Get my broken phone back ... In June **** I turned on my Samsung galaxy s* mini and it would not boot up. I took it to my local AT&T store where I was told "the operating system was gone and had to be reinstalled by Samsung". I called Samsung and was given instructions on how to send the phone to them.*I was given ticket * **********.**On June **th Samsung confirmed they received the phone though it was sent UPS on June **th it tookbten days to get to them! I could have put it in the mail and it would have gotten there faster!!!! Anyway***On June **th I receive the "Repair Cost" ticket for my phone that I bought and paid for.*It said there was a "standard repair fee $**.**". I knew about that and agreed to it since the only thing wrong with my MINT CONDITION phone was the OPERATING SYSTEM!*But then, there were charges for a "LCD $***", and a "ON A $***"!!! TOTAL COST $***!*I told them to SEND MY PHONE BACK!**On July *th a shipping ticket was created and it's now August **th*As of August *th, NO ONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED TO IT! smdh**I WANT MY PHONE BACK!!!!!!*It's MINE, I PAID FOR IT.*I WANT IT BACK!!!!!!!!**You can't get the service department on the phone. Even the Customer service reps have a hard time! I have spoken to Reps several times and it's not their fault!!!!**Not I am forced to walk around with a Television set, (J*) that doesn't do half the stuff my Mini does and this thing came out in ****!!!!!!!*I WANT MY PHONE!!!!!!!**Somebody should do the Undercover Boss show on US division of Samsung.**Samsung products are THE BEST, but this side of service *****!!!!!!!
They are not giving me any concrete information on the return of a phone that belongs to me.
Return the phone I requested them to return in June
I still purchase their products despite this
