I just spent a lot of time writing it out and my phone just switched into another website so I lost all I had written. THIS IS JUST ONE OF MY ONGOING FRUSTRATIONS WITH THE GALAXY**. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CLIENT FOR *** YEARS USING NOTE * PREVIOUSLY THRIUGH MY CONTRACT WITH VERIZON. I STARRED HAVING MANY ISSUES WITH MY NOTE * AND HAVE NEVER UPGRADED. I HAVE WAITED A LONG TIME TO GET A NEW SAMSUNG. VERIZON HAD A * FOR * GAKAXY * PROMOTION SO I WENT TO A SSTORE IN ***** LOCATION. THE PROMO REQUIRED AN ADDITIONAL LINE SO WE JUST ACTIVATED IN JUNE. WE WERE LD WE HAD A YEAR WARRENTY ON THESE PHONES. SAMSUNG ** WAS HYPED FOR ITS AMAZING CAMERA. I HAD PREFERRRED THE NOTE BUT DECIDED TO GET THE PROMOTION. I AM AN ARTIST. MY PHONE IS A MUST FOR MY BS. FROM THE OUTSET MY CAMERA WAS INEPT,
