I called Samsung last summer to order a new phone and get my broken one replaced. Before I ended my online chat, I was getting fed ex shipment emails. My account got hacked to $** of my credit limit. I then shut down the account, tried to stop any shipments, and I then called Nyesheka Freckleton @ TD Financial (***-***-****). She then shut down my old account (****************), transferred MY balance to my new account (****-****-****-****). I then paid off my portion of what I owed on my account. The problem is, I want to order a new phone, but your website does NOT recognize my NEW account number. It shows I owe you ****.**. That was the total amount of the fraud that has been cleared up by TD Financial. I would appreciate it if you could possibly change my new account to show on your website. I can't order my new phone until it is fixed. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A YEAR TO GET THIS FIXED.
