In Feb **** I bought a Samsung ** inch tv total cost was ***.**. The other day the TV totally shut off. We called Technical support and did all the troubleshooting. Final result was they told us to call a repairman. I did that and they picked up TV and got back to me that it would cost *** dollas plus tax to fix power source and some LED back lights. Well as you can imagine, I am not happy. So I called your *** number and spoke to Maria (?) she did go through all the POLICY requirements to tell me basically too bad. I understand that there are policies and procedures to follow, but at this point that a two year old TV for nine hundred dollars and I am out of luck and money. My husband has just been diagnosed with lung cancer and the expense of his treatments are through the roof. I certainly can't afford another nine hundred dollar tv that is going to last me yet again * years. The reason I purchased a Samsung was because of your reputation and quality. Well not so sure now. I would like a new TV from you or at least pay to have my current one fixed, I do not believe that is unreasonable. Thank you and look forward to hearing form you.
