Help with my Samsung issue

Have my * month old tv fixed ... I have a un**mu**** Tv Purchased on ********** that made a cracking sound when it was pause and now the screen has lines all in it vertically and horizontally I have contacted customer support a few times and send a email to the CEO and I have not got any information about how to fix the problem customer support automatically said Physical damage not covered on warranty. I was watching the Tv at the time this happened. Now I have a $**** Tv that doesn't work that's two months old and no one will try and help me. If samsung can't contact me with and stand behind there product . Me next step will be to contact my local news agency and have them get involved and get some answers. *Ticket: ************God bless.*Adam coren
I have contacted the CEO's office twice without a reply customer service * times and a Samsung service technician and nobody has helped me
I would like my * month old TV repair or replaced have you been read. That Samsung will do a one time courtesy repair that's all I'm asking $**** for * months is ridiculous for Tv.
I have been Samsung customer for over the past ** years Have for Samsung TV's in my house * Samsung phones Samsung washer and dryer. I have never once had an issue with a Samsung product until now and their customer service is not up to Par.
I have contacted to ceo's office * times with no reply. I talk to customer service * . Customer Service chat once. a Samsung service technician call me and when I picture never come to my house. I even have the Best Buy Geek Squad warranty they will not cover it until The Samsung warranty runs out.
