I sent my WORKING phone to Samsung to have the carriers changed from Verizon to MetroPCS. *The condition of the phone was seen by MetroPCS employees, plus my wife band myself. I cleaned the phone with a toothbrush prior to sending it off, taking Care to clean out the speaker outlet at the bottom of the phone, it was shiny silver when it Left to be changed to MetroPCS*T-Mobile towers from Verizon. I received my phone back, with what appears to be a replaced motherboard and damage that was there when we sent it in. Then techs accused us of sending it in that condition.
GetHuman967247 did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
