Samsung refrigerator - MOd * RF**HMEDBSR*AA Ser * ***N**BF******P*Troubles with ice making machine. This is second unit put in and apparently the replacement parts are only good for thirty days (Totem Appliance) and now told it needs to be replaced again!!*Ice does not freeze properly, causing pellets to freeze together damaging the auger. Also means a lot of excess water all the time and the unit freezes over so no pellets dropping until I defrost the unit again.*I am not purchasing a third ice maker - way too much money. Samsung won't stand behind their product even though they have to know they have a problem with this particular model.*I have told family, friends and neighbours about my troubles with Samsung and I will personally never buy any Samsung product again. I appreciate the fact that I did not purchase insurace warrant, but I never thought a big company like Samsung would not want to stand behind their product.
