I own a ** inch Samsung TV that I purchased in *****, it developed a single horizontal line across the screen in June ****. I contacted customer service and a software update was tried and dd not work. I was then scheduled for a service rep to come to my house, the day before I was contacted and told that the service was cancelled and the TV would be replaced. On July *, **** I received an email say that my TV replacement was approved (Ticket **********). On July **, **** I contacted customer service again and was told that the * day period from ****** was not over yet and that the exchange dept had until the end of that day to contact me. I was not contacted. I called customer service again on ******* and was told that my exchange request was approved on ******* and that they had until ******* to complete the process, I disagreed with this because I had an email saying the approval was ****** and the other conversations with customer service told me other information. I contacted Jose A (case management team) and he agreed with me and said that he would contact the exchange dept to resolve this problem (I have emails as needed). As of today ******* I still have not been contacted by anyone, this problem has been going on for approx. * weeks now.
GetHuman-rdwzx did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
