Refrigerator model RF**HFENBSR, SERIAL * ***H*ADG******N, purchased *******. Refrigerator and freezer interior temperatures **& ** degrees on July **, ****. A phone all to Samsung Service instructed us to call authorized Samsung service company “Black Rock” in Clayton, GA (***-***-****) who determined on **** the problem is a “failed sealed cooling system”, which they cannot repair. The service rep told us they filed that to Samsung at ****-***-**** on July ** or **. We have phoned Samsung service numerous times since and have had no resolution. There are no appliance repair companies that will come to our home in Cashiers, NC. The failed system is within the warranty period. We had to purchase a mini refrigerator to keep milk, juice, and medications from spoiling. We need a replacement refrigerator ASAP. This has been totally unsatisfactory. Please review documentation with “ticket number” **********. And please return a phone call to us ASAP at ***-***-****
GetHuman-jaklunda did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
