Good morning, *My husband purchased an Samsung gas range from Home Depot. On May **th said range was delivered by an contracted delivery company. On May **th we inspected the range and noticed that there was damage to it from delivery. My husband has contacted Home Depot, Samsung and the delivery company on multiple occasions to get this range replaced. He was assured that he would get it replace. After multiple dates given for a replacement he and I have gone back and forth with all the above companies only to be given new delivery dates for exchange which never happen because Samsung associate will give a date, delivery will say they can't replace because Samsung hasn't given the appropriate code to pick up and replace. Home Depot says we are stuck with this range because we can't take it back to them. The delivery company says they can't pick up without order of Samsung. Round and round the calls have gone and it's almost * months we have a range sitting in our living room. At this time we are going to seek legal advice as well as contacting the BBB as our pleas to come get this out of our living room has fallen on deaf ears. **I do hope that this issue can be resolved immediately. **Thank you , **Ferdinand and Maria Velez
