Purchased a french door refrigerator in ******. Ice maker was replaced in ******* and again in ******. It currently is not working again. After numerous calls from me and promises from Samsung, nothing has changed. I have asked for a refund of $**** only to be told Samsung now has a no refund policy. I was finally told they would deliver a new refrigerator (with the same type ice maker).I do not believe I should be made to keep an appliance that clearly has design flaws. I inquired about a refrigerator with a different ice maker. While there is one available, I was told I have to keep the same style that I currently have. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I just want my money back.
