Samsung unable to perform warranty repair of refrigerator and forcing me to wait weeks for them to issue a store credit, to a store that doesn't have it in stock!

Obtain warranty repair or replacement ... Ticket ************I have a defective Samsung refrigerator. The problem is the condenser, which is under warranty. * After several botched repair attempts, Samsung is giving up on the repair and offering a store credit for what I paid in ****. They are forcing me to use the credit at the store where I bought the refrigerator, Loews. The soonest Lowes can deliver the replacement is about * MONTH from when our frige broke. Home Depot can install it Tuesday. It's like living in the ****'s without a refrigerator. I want Samsung to pay Home Depot (instead of Lowes) to bring my replacement refrigerator so I can get it * weeks faster, and pay to haul away the old, defective unit.
They have strung this out forever. No quick resolution in sight.
Immediately repairing the refrigerator (they said they can't because they don't have qualified service personnel in the San Francisco Bay Area), OR immediately replacing the refrigerator (they said they can't because they can't find someone to bring that model refrigerator to us in the San Francisco Bay Area), OR issuing immediate refund for the refrigerator (they said they can't because we are required to accept a store credit (* years later!) instead even though the store doesn't have this model of refrigerator in stock! So we are left to wait additional WEEKS to get this fixed.
I've called, texted support, used social media escalation. They tell me different things every time, and every conversation ends with "it will take several business days for me to get this over to the right department" - and then those departments end up being unable to fix the issue.
