My daughter bought me a $*** samsung galaxy s* referbished phone around ******** to give me for mothers day. It came a piece of junk ,blown speaker ,charger couldnt plug in because the port was pushed in if it took the cord it took two days to charge then die out when unplugged quuck. Numeruous times the refurbished place talked down to me n told me the wrong issue with phonen denied my claim n not what i said a million times was wrong ,its taken * and a half months n i still have no phone as now hey say warrenty is out but how when purchased may * . They scammed me n stuck me with a phone thats broke n might cost me money now to fix it says when they finally sent my return label for it to b repaired. I did nothing to this phone they tried sending me a repair number for a cracked screen also . Im very unhappy n i almost died * wks ago and really dont need this cral to keep happening to me amd habe to keep making calls to leople who cant listen to correct issue .i need a phone i was forced to use my old samsumg that dont really work. It shouldnt take * months for a phone that was a gift to b able to use then i was told theyd send me a new ine n not go thru this again then was put on hold for another person to pick up phone n make me start over with explanation. Im to weak n sick to deal with this ,it literally made my healtg worse with a huge migrain thats making me sick. Does it truly have to b this hard to have a better phone .why are yous people tormenting me with hard****p and stress to get this taken careof
I trust that Samsung will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
