Help with my Samsung issue
I bought a Samsung refrigeratoe with Ice maker, (ice maker does not work) been trying to get a technician out to my house. each time I am told two different thing it take ** to ** hours, call back then I am told ** to ** hours. then I found out I bought the refrigerator for with tax $***.**. I go back down to Home Depot three day later it is $***.**.bottom line I want to swith it out for another, because I am not happy Samsung service department, the technian Lied said he came to my house, which he din not I waited all day on a call from someone in that department, because the operator on phone said someone will be calling me to set up a time, never got that call. I am a very dis-satisfied customer with Samsung at this time. * Mrs. Marie Cherry (***) ***-****-Home phone ***ociated with this account.
I trust that Samsung will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
