Get it fixed under the extended warranty that Samsung gave me. ... Microwave stopped working one month after warranty expired. I called customer service they sent a technician out with the understanding that Samsung Had Extended My Warranty, he said that the main part of the microwave was not working . He stated that it would take * days for the part to come in, I had not heard anything from that company so I called the customer service again, I was told that I had to get the same company that came out the *st time. I asked for the company's name and number, when I call the company they stated that no one had ever been to my home. *So where do I go from here.*They did give me another ticket number for another company to come out but this company is telling me that there is No Extended Warranty attached to the ticket, so I will have to pay for labor charges and any other part that is not working.*I purchased your products for the reliability if I had wanted something to brake down within a year I would have purchased Whirlpool.
