I locked myself out of my s*. tried time and time again to get samsung to accept my phone to be unlocked. they refuse my phone because of a number I never received when I purchased the phone from Verizon ****. It is not a fault us mines the number asked for is not on my receipt from Verizon yet I am stuck with a ***.** . It is my phone and I need to get it cleared so I can use it again.
I trust that Samsung will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
