So I called the number you listed for Samsung GetHuman Tech Support which then xferred me over to HP-Tech Support - supposedly NOW in charge of this. A person for a "*rd party vendor' answers, I describe my problems with a Samsung printer-scanner I bought several years ago at WalMart, and he advises me that for almost $***, he can ***ist me. Really I say? Do you know I can buy a brand new printer from compe***ors - better than yours - for maybe $***? He says that's the best he can do.* Get Human? No. Get REAL!!!!! (Have yr Security and Quality Control people check this and all other GetHuman phone nos. out since calling them can get someone into a ransom (you pay or we do not help) situation. Not cool - AND it may be that these folks also somehow accessed my PC some time ago to change the software for my Samsung printer after HP bought out Samsung printer division for over $* billion last year. Go figure.
I trust that Samsung will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
