SAMSUNG INDIA, WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER** *MODEL: WF***B*BTWQ*SN: **AK*PBG******T*INVOICE DATE: ********** ( DEALER: APPASONS ELECTRONICS, VATAKARA, KERALA)* *COMPLAINT: UNABLE TO CLOSE THE DOOR, SO NOT WORKING*COMPLAINT REGISTERED ON ***********SERVICE ORDER: ***********TECHNICIAN’S DIAGNOSE: DOOR HINGE NEED TO REPLACE**After ** days still no progress..**Due to delay, I have raised a complaint with customer care. They reassigned the job with new service id: ********** on **********.* *On June **th, one technician came with new part hinges. After replacing the hinge, he said the door also faulty. I am sure the door become faulty due to technician’s mistake. But, he said he will replace the whole door with hinges. Then only the issue will be solved.**After * days still no progress..**Recently they created the new job with a service id: **********. On ********** * *I bought the product with *-year complete machine warranty and ** years motor warranty.* *This is my second escalation against Samsung product. I will never buy a Samsung product.* *Service center team is worst. Not a qualified engineer and they destroyed my machine.**When I purchase, as per the dealer offer the unit will full cover * year complete warranty. But, after ** days, now technician said I have to pay money to fix the unit. Then what it mean by complete warranty coverage?**Conclusion: Samsung don’t have parts, which are the reason they played with me. Also I had a very bad experience with call center.
