I ordered my galaxy s* plus last year and you all had a promotion to get a free VR. I submitted my recipe to get a free VR. They told me they never got it and when I submitted it again they told me me they never received it. I called about *-* times since last year. I just was told today it went into another folder and no one seen this. And now they are telling me I cannot get it since the promotion is over. I don't think it is fair after all I have been doing sending my information in and they are not getting it because it went into another folder. I have been a very loyal customer with buying your phones and now they are telling me I cannot get it and I have been staying on top of it. I am going to stop buying your phones and letting my family and friends to stop buying them also because it is not fair that I was not able to speak with anyone from promotions they had to email some and them someone would email me and I never got the emails.
