In early [redacted], I bought three Samsonite luggage pieces from Macy's — a 25" and 21" Silhouette Sphere Spinners, and a smaller carry-on. During trips to Las Vegas and Australia, I experienced issues with the zippers and outer shell. Macy's offered an upgrade for $[redacted], which I declined. Instead, they suggested seeking a warranty replacement from Samsonite. I kindly request to have my deep purple-ish burgundy set replaced for free or in a color of my choice in the same model. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address an issue I have with a Samsonite suitcase purchased in the United States in [redacted] from Orlando, as it carries a lifetime guarantee as indicated on the label. Despite this, I have encountered ongoing problems with the zipper during my travels. This has led me to purchase another suitcase to cope with this issue, resulting in significant expenses. Subject: Request for Refund Due to Double Payment Issue Hello, I recently visited your BRASOV store in Romania and unfortunately, I encountered a problem during the payment process. Due to an error with the POS machine, my credit card was charged twice for the same purchase. I have already informed the store about this issue, providing them with copies of the POS machine slip printouts and billing details. However, I have yet to receive a refund for the duplicate charge. I have also reached out to Samsonite Headquarters Customer Service for assistance with this matter. I received my new Samsonite luggage today with order number [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, one of the latches is faulty and won't close properly even when the suitcase is empty. My friend and I took advantage of a promotion for buying two cases, but only mine is defective. I plan to return it and would like a replacement sent to me directly in ice blue. Let me know if you need a picture as proof of the issue.

I bought two pieces of the Samsonite Eco Nu luggage on January 3, [redacted], as I aim to purchase eco-friendly products. While checking out, the Prop 65 warning appeared, but I didn't take note of it at the time. Now, I'm concerned and want more information regarding the chemicals involved with the Eco Nu luggage. I typically keep my clothes in the luggage while traveling to avoid any chemical smells transferring onto them. I purchased several Samsonite Leather Expandable Briefcases from Staples as gifts for my husband and his workers. Unfortunately, the strap on my husband's briefcase is starting to rip. I do not have a receipt as I did not anticipate needing it for returns. When I reached out to Staples, they advised me to contact the manufacturer's customer service. I have photos of the damaged bag and hope for a replacement. I am holding off on posting any reviews until this matter is resolved. The briefcase is no longer available at Staples, but I found it on Amazon for $99. I believe a new briefcase should be sent without me having to purchase another one. We have been loyal customers of this brand and never encountered issues before. I am eagerly awaiting your response and a solution to this problem.

To the relevant party, I am reaching out from Los Angeles, California to address an issue with my Samsonite suitcase. Last September, I had all four wheels changed, a process that took over six months. Recently, during my Christmas [redacted]-19 international trip, I discovered three of the new wheels were already worn out upon my return in January. It is disheartening that the new wheels did not even withstand a single trip. Despite the affordability of the wheel replacement, I have valued and used Samsonite luggage for over three decades. I am disappointed with Samsonite's product quality in this instance. The staff at Vogue Shoe Luggage in Torrance, CA offered to replace the wheels free of charge if I send in the defective ones. While shopping at a Samsonite store in Delhi, India, I requested a receipt with the store address. I inquired about the latest bag models and noticed a deduction on the receipt. Despite the employee denying any deduction, I asked to speak to their manager at the airport branch, where I am a visiting passenger. Two hours after my initial purchase, I visited the airport branch and learned there was a 10% discount available on the item I had purchased, contrary to what I was previously told.

I placed an order on June 15th and paid using a credit card. The order confirmation number is ATSM[redacted]07. I ordered from Visakhapatnam. My email address is [redacted] The shipping address is: Praghna Sree Abhilash Enclave, Flat No-13 CBM Compound Visakhapatnam-[redacted] In the order confirmation email, it mentioned that the item would be shipped from the store. However, I have not received any updates or notification from the store about the delay in delivery. I kindly request assistance in expediting the delivery of my suitcase.

I purchased my Samsonite suitcase in January this year and have only used it for three trips as a checked bag. After the second trip, I noticed a significant crack near one of the wheels on the bottom of the suitcase. I attempted a temporary fix with super glue and duct tape, which worked for a while, but on my third trip, another large crack appeared on the bottom. I patched it up with tape to get back from the trip, but now the suitcase is unusable. I can provide pictures of the cracks if necessary.

I encountered a problem with my new Samsonite luggage strap lock after setting the combination. Initially, the lock jammed, making it impossible to close. After managing to move the silver tab on the back through the L-shaped channel, the lock clicked, allowing me to engage it. The strap is securely fastened through the suitcase handle, leaving me unable to open it. I am currently unable to use the suitcase in this condition and believe that the lock may be defective. Assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
