I bought a detective guitar hard case on 6/30/19 and returned it on 7/16/19. The original receipt has my wife's name at the top and my name at the bottom. The reprinted receipt has my name and a blank signature, along with the last four digits of my Indigo card. I contacted Indigo twice, but they do not show the transaction. When I called Sam Ash, they seemed to blame Indigo for the delay. The refund receipt was issued by David who was initially nice but later became hostile. Only my wife's name is on the refund receipt, not mine. This situation feels like a deliberate attempt to cause me harm, and it's affecting my important appointments and causing financial strain while I am on temporary disability. Missing orientation for a new job due to this issue is unacceptable. I have decided not to make further purchases from Sam Ash. I expect an explanation and may seek legal advice as this feels like discrimination.
