I ordered * containers of the Tidy Cat cat litter, * twenty lb. containers. * arrived the third did not. I got a phone call from Fed Ex (their phone number *-***-***-****) asking about an undelivered package report for Nov. **. and to contact "Walmart Customer Serves" at *-***-***-****, which I did and spoke to Danielle who gave me the phone number to Sam's Club control at *-***-***-****. I have called that number three times today, after the man asks what you need help with when a spanish speaking person says something and after a min or two the line goes dead. How can you help someone when all the answer machine that you have there is doing is cutting people off.
