I was on line for chat this morning over ** minutes wait time for a human after no help from bot. When I became * in que the Oracle cloud server dropped my call and was never restored. The issue at that time was due to my membership rewards for joining on Dec. * which I haven't received, the e-gift card, pie, rolls, chicken etc. How do I resolve this?
