I have been waiting on hold over an HOUR and have been transferred to three different reps about this issue, incident number ******-******. I was promised back in September by representative Frank that he would honor a $** refund for renewing my Plus membership, at any point. I did so over the phone, and was charged $***. I later called asking why $** hadn’t come off, and was told a check would be sent in the mail in ** days. That has come and gone! So I called today and the rep said yes, I was owed a check but the case was CLOSED after I renewed. So what, they took my money and closed the case, lying to me...? The last rep I was transferred to told me he needed to get his manager then left me on hold for ** minutes. I needed to hang up to tend to my hungry newborn baby. This treatment is completely unacceptable for a member, and Costco would NEVER treat me like this. I will be calling out the company on social media unless this is resolved. In fact, for the inconvenience and the fact that they wrongfully CLOSED THE CASE, I should receive a full $*** refund for my Plus membership. Despicable treatment by WalMart, Sams, and their ilk. Please prove me wrong.
