Yesterday I went to the Bentonville Sams Club. When I went to get the **% ground beef there was only * packages in the cooler. Two other people grabbed two of them, I grabbed the last one. I needed two so I went to ask the butcher about getting more. He checked and came out to tell me they were out, they would have more tomorrow. I said how can you be out of hamburger? He said they no longer do the ordering so it is out of their control. My question to you is, how can you be out of hamburger? The whole Sam club experience was like I have never experienced there before. I don't know what all you have changed there, but go back to the way it was. When I am paying for a membership I expect something as basic as meat to be in stock. You need to let the people run their own departments so this doesn't continue to happen. I will say that the people in the meat department were very apologetic and professional, however I was very disappointed with the whole shopping trip.
