I wanted to renew my membership using **** cash back bonus & was told I had to do so in person at a store. Then was told I had * balance. In Feb I had $***.** balance & used $*** *n ******, so I should have $**.** left. I live chatted with someone on **** but she couldn't help* I tried renewing on line & the site wouldn't let me use my credit card. Had to keep adding it in and when I tried to check out my card wasn't there to use. Talked to someone else on **** who was very hard to understand. Talked approx ** minutes & when it was all over he told me to go to a Sam's club to renew and that I had * balance for cash back. My membership was expiring on ****, so I planned to go to Wausau on **** but there were severe storms in the area* phone lines were down for awhile. I finally did get back on-line I still had problems with your site. Kept telling me to add my credit card & each time I did (Numerous times) it was never there when checking out. I live chatted with Karla about this & she gave me your membership hotline which I finally got through later in the day. Tony helped me renew over the phone. But I am really ticked off that someone told me my cash balance is *. I was told I had till ******* to use it. Very frustrating!
