Good morning, *We purchased a Sam's Club membership in December of ****. in PuertoVallarta, Mexico. We used the card a couple of times in Mexico .*When we came back to NH, we could not use the card because it would not scan, customer service in the store tried many times but couldn't scan the card, they said to call corporate office. I did, I explained the situation but couldn't get an answer to my satisfaction. So now I'm out some money and can't use the card. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
