Hi - I ordered a Charleston Pergola online through Sam's club on January **th. it was order * **********. It shipped UPS Freight with a tracking number of *********. *It seems UPS is unable to deliver this purchase. We've had * scheduled appointments for delivery and each time we waited through the * to * hour window with a no show from UPS. The first delivery date was for February **th. They keep rescheduling but never appear. They continue to giving us lame excuses and when we questioned them the first two times, they say there are trees along the entrance to our street. Every other type of delivery truck is able to clear the trees but we informed them that our street has another entrance where there are no trees and if the driver had called our contact*, we could have directed them around the block to the other side of Oak St. The last two excuses were that they lost the merchandise and couldn't locate it... *This pergola is *** pounds so it's like losing a small elephant.*We're so upset with UPS and their customer service keeps apologizing but we're getting no delivery. *Can Sam's Club resolve this issue? This was a $*,***.** purchase and we don't know what to do. Can you file a claim against them and refund our money?*Thanks for your help!*- Nancy Candela
