We are having a really big issue right now with sams club credit card. I went to use my card to get gas and it was declined, when I called to find out why they told me the card was frozen due to a suspicious charge. I never received any notification of this like I have in the past and I was mad that I had to pay cash for my gas because of this lack of notification. I had to put my wife on the phone because I had to get ready for work and she understands this stuff better, her and the representative into it and she told him to close the card. We talked to our Sams club and they told us our cash back is linked to the credit card so we called back it he credit dept and the lady said it wasn't closed and they were sending us a new card due to the fraud. We never received the card so we called back today and they told us the account was closed. Everyone we have talked to has been extremely rude in customer service and unhelpful. All we want is our cash back money which is $***.**, we have been loyal customers for almost ** years and were getting ready to join Costco instead. The credit department is dangling this money over our heads and being rude in the process. None of this would have happened my card not been frozen with no notification. I would like to talk to someone in corporate so I can better tell my side of the story.
