I Contacted Sam's Club last Friday. I was told I would receive a call back within a few hours. Here it is exactly * week later and I still have not been contacted. *Sam's Club is by far the WORST experience I've had Buying and having Tires rotated and Balanced. I will encourage People not to purchase there. To top it off my phone call was not returned. *I purchased tires in August-- They couldn't find them when I made an appointment to come in and have them put on not * but * vehicles.*Here it Is January I go in to have them rotated and have one fixed due to a ***** in one of them and I called before I went out to make sure I could get in Christine) said they do not accept appointments for Balance and Rotation . I took off work Friday afternoon the **th of January, when I arrived at the club the same Person I spoke with that morning (Christine) said to me We are busy and will not be able to get to it today. I then asked could I make an appointment I again was told we do not accept appointments it is on a first come first served basis. ok*I asked what time they opened. she said *am I said I will see you at *. I showed up Saturday morning at * the employee working in the tire shop showed up at *:**. He took my information then said it would be ** minutes. *I walked around for over an hour then went back car still wasn't ready., * and *** hours later he came out and said your car is ready.....Yes I was a little unnerved so I asked why it took so long. He then said I was the only one working and I had to wait for my manager to get here to sign off on my work. I then left and low and behold. The Check tire inflation light was still on. I called the club back and was told to bring it back I did and only for him to tell me.... Well you just need to drive it for the weekend if it isn't out by Monday just bring it back. REALLY?????*This is by far the most unacceptable form of Customer Service I have EVER had the pleasure of experiencing and I can assure you I will not be Returning to get my tires rotated and balanced I would rather go to a reputable company.*How would I like this resolved......*How about hiring more professional people to run your business!*There should be a ticket on file for the call I put in Friday**Regards,*Jamie Groover*A very unhappy long time customer
