I think your customer service staff at the Castle Rock store needs better training, to include their supervisor. I shopped at the store yesterday and was pretty sure my reading glasses fell out of my pocket while there. So I returned today to ask lost and found about my glasses. Yes, my glasses were there and I am very thankful for their return. What I am very unhappy about is how I was treated while standing in line while waiting to speak to a customer service person. I noticed a person moving back and forth from the front of the service area to the inside of the service area. I was standing alone for several minutes waiting my turn. After a while, a second customer stood in line behind me ( a woman). Shortly after this lady arrived, the lady who was not wearing any identifiable Sam's name tag or apparel, asked the customer behind me, how she could help her. I thought I was next in line?? I found out the service desk supervisor (named Felecia) had chosen to help her first and leave me standing. I am not sure if this was due to gender discrimination, age discrimination, or veteran discrimination (I was wearing a veteran's baseball cap, but I thought it was rude to help the customer behind me without asking me first. I followed Felicia away from the service area while she was still with the customer who was behind me and expressed my dissatisfaction with my treatment. She had no excuse or apology for her actions.
