Bought wife a diamond pendant for Christmas. When she opened box and took it out we noticed necklace was broke. Took it back today to exchange they don't have it anymore. Could we get a different chain. No. You either have to keep it, buy your own chain or return it. I scrapped and saved to get her this. She fell in love with it, it cost me over *** to buy. We don't splurge like that. We have been married **years. All I wanted was a replacement chain. The tags are still on it. If I bought a TV from your store and it was scratched you'd make it right. I don't understand why we got the attitude we did. Honestly we looked at the other jewelry but she didn't see anything else. Please help me. She is a nurse, works very hard and I worked for law enforcement, and a veteran. All I want is to replace the chain, she deserves this. If this happened at a jeweler they would want to make it right, they would want to keep a good relationship between them and the customers. I await your decision.
