Advertising and sales not being honored by Sam's Club**We order a Samsung series * TV on cyber Monday using the sale price, cyber Monday discount and a $** gift card. When the TV was delivered and we went to install discovered the wrong one was sent we opened the shipping carton but not the package of the TV. Called sam's .com returns and we were told that the TV would be picked up and we could arrange a pick up date around our schedule and that when the TV was returned we would be sent the correct TV. We were given the case * *******. the next day after your close of business received an email not a call as we were told. the email said the TV would be picked up on Tues Dec * and we had only * attempts for Fed EX to come and pick up or we would need to take to Fed Ex and that when the TV was received at your returns dept we would be issued a credit back to our credit card. None of this was what we were told and there is no intend to give us what we ordered but deceptive sales practices and not even honor the sale prices we paid .
