I waited over two hours for the pre-Black Friday Sams Club a fan for the iPhone XR. When I got to the front of the line they were out of all the colors but black which I took anyway. I made my appointment for a few days later in hopes that someone didn’t come in who had picked one of the other colors but that didn’t happen When I went back to my schedule appointment I still had to wait an hour before the person would help me because they were with somebody else Once he got to me he took over three hours to figure out how to work the register and how to get the phone altogether Then to make it worse once I was there someone else came in for phone who had not known about any of the specials He saw the special I was getting with the phone for a $*** gift card and ask if you could get one to even though he has not come days prior to wait in line. The salesman said sure no problem this was quite irritating since I wasted by Sunday morning waiting there for this promotion along with waiting three hours just to get the phone I will not recommend Sams Club for phone service
