I waited in line over * hours to get a ticket to come back on another day and get an iPhone XR with a $*** sams club gift card. I came the last day hoping I could get another color other than black but was unable too. Another person came in while I was there and saw the deal I was getting. He did NOT come and wait the special pre Black Friday deal and the sales clerk gave him the same phone I have with the gist card anyway. Not only did I wait over * hours just to get a paper to come back later in the week, I had to wait over * hours because the guy doing the phones had no idea what he was doing he kept calling people on the phone for questions about the phone and how to ring it up. It was an awful experience and I would not recommend it to anyone in the future.
