I placed an order for software which i tried to cancel via chat. I was reassured that if I didn’t respond to the email, the order would be cancelled automatically. Follow up with another individual who told me once I received, I could return to club. Third person is now telling me that I can’t return because it was sent electronically. I have proof of what I was told I initially. I just want my money back as I have no use for the software and was led to believe it would be handled without incident.
GetHuman-jadesigm did not yet indicate what Sam's Club should do to make this right.
