I have been with Sam's club close to * years. Few months ago. You sent me a preapproved letter for a Sam's credit card. I call the phone number in the letter. A lady answer and proceeded with my application. She did something wrong and transferred me to another agent. The second agent tried to input info and said he couldn't help me because the *st agent put the preapproved number in and it would not allow him to pull up the info. So the *st agent did something wrong and didn't tell me but the second agent did. Please trained your agents better because of them I don't have a a Sam's club credit card. Thank you. Michael Watkins
