I bought a battery for my car at store * **** at **** grant in Thornton colorado. While waiting for installation I was told they would not touch my car because it didn't have a tie down strap. I stated that I know nothing about this because they were the last ones to replace battery. A manager was called who looked as if he came in from out digging a ditch. Did not introduce him self or ask if he could help fix problem. He just stated they would not touch my car because it didn't have a tie down strap period. I again told him the same thing. He wouldn't do any thing period. Being frustrated by this time I said then put the damm battery in my car and i will do it my self. At this point he became rude and said I was being belligerent and order me out of his store. I again said put the battery in my car and i will do it my self. All he could say was get out of his store and off of his property or he would call the cops. I asked for my money back and all he would say was get out of his store and stay out. I am ** years old and i do not need to be treated this way. I went out to my car and finally got an employee to put the battery in my car so i could come home and install the battery in my car. Now i have the core to take back but not allowed to set foot on sams club property. My business means nothing. I would very much like to hear a response from you today.
