I was trying to get help with photos by phone first and then by chat. Neither one worked with helping me find out why I can no longer het poster prints at the Sam's Club in Topeka, Ks or on line. ( I should add here that Kelsey at Sams in Topeka photo has always been great helping with the large prints. ) * I've had probably over *** high resolution ** by ** prints made at the store there. Now after updates to the computer at Sam's Club we get error message when trying to print **** and **** dpi both are under the ** mpb. Then at chat today Thomas says " I totally understand you, let me submit your request to the department in charge, Verlin. " Then disconnects and that was the end to any help. :-(****Tomas: Hi, my name is Tomas. How may I help you? * verlin wichman: Ha, I had already typed that in so I'll start over.* Tomas: *It will be a pleasure to assist you with your concern. * Tomas: I have already read your concern, Verlin. * verlin wichman: I've have photo prints madde at the sam's club in topeka for a few year without any problems and now we are getting errors on my high resolution scans* Tomas: I am very sorry for the inconvenience, Verlin. Please be advised that since this is a type of order we do not handle, I will need to escalate your issue to the Photo department so they can take in charge of it. Once they get an update for you, they could notify you by email or by phone. * verlin wichman: These scans are at a **** and **** dpi and I've even signed up for sams on line photo. my ** mp will not upload so still a problem.
