On July **, **** at the checkout I was informed if I apply for a Sams club credit card I would save $**.** on my purchases for the day, however the credit was unable to be processed and the cashier informed me that Sams club would send me the $**.** for future use, today I receive my credit card and I activated it and no $**.** given which I still would like as promised, and then someone came on and tried to sell me something with a $*.** processing fee I kept telling him NO thankyou I do not want it, I asked him to forward my call to a supervisor but he said he is not allowed to, which I found to be ridiculous, if this is the service Sam club gives I feel sorry for your company
