NO it is NOT FIXED!!! I have not heard another word from anyone. I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing anything like this from Sams Club again.This has been a nightmare and no one will call you back and this stupid chat **** is for the birds!

All I want is what I ordered and for them to come and pick the mattress that was sent that is not what we ordered it does not fit my bed! I ordered a California King and this is a standard king will not fit my frame! ... I placed a order to the sams club and ordered me a mattress on *******. I have contacted a chat line and talked with someone and they said my order would be corrected within ** to ** hours well that has NOT happened! I have been brought a wrong mattress it will NOT fit my bed I now do not have a mattress since we had burned the one we had thinking this was the correct mattress. My order number is **********. this order was placed on ********* I talked to someone on the phone and the chat line on *********. I need for someone to come pick this mattress that is sitting in my hall and bring me the mattress that I have ordered which is a Serta Perfect Sleeper Luxury Hybrid Glenmoor Super Pillow Top Mattress Cal. King Size. It was to be delivered to David Bailey ** Patterson Road Fort Mitchell, Alabama ***** my phone number is *-***-***-**** I need to hear from someone ASAP!
I have no other mattress sleeping in the floor! we burned our old one thought you had sent us the correct one! NOT!!
