I have placed * online orders in the past week and they have both been declined. I contacted Synchrony Bank and was advised there were no restrictions on my account and the problem was on the actual processing of the orders on Sams end. How to get this corrected? Really frustrating. Also frustrating, is that I have also tried twice to chat with a representative and they act as if they are not receiving my side of the chat and and just cut me off. That's after waiting ** minutes each time.
