I purchased a deep fryer which was supposed to come with wheels based on the picture, but they were missing. Also, Sam's Club reduced the price by $75 after I bought it. I am now trying to obtain the wheels I was promised. The Gladiator RTA Modular GearBox Caster Kit Item # [redacted] is what I am looking for. I have a $45 credit from Sam's, but it can only be used as a credit card which is not convenient for me. I would prefer to have the credit issued to a regular card so I can purchase the wheels. I contacted Sam's immediately after receiving the order and spoke with Andrew about the price difference, but was informed that too much time had passed since the purchase. It's frustrating to feel deceived by the initial advertisement showing wheels and then not receiving them, and also missing out on the $75 discount.

I applied for the Sam’s Club credit card enticed by the offer to receive a $45 statement credit for spending $45 upon approval. Having successfully applied and made a $45.33 purchase through the app, I encountered an issue when one item in my order was unavailable at pickup, reducing my total to $35. Seeking to meet the required amount for the promotion, I added toothbrushes to reach the $45 threshold. Contacting customer service left me feeling uncertain as the representative could not confirm if I would still qualify for the $45 credit. Feeling let down, I would not have pursued the card if I had foreseen this complication with the statement credit promotion.

My mother's Sam's Club card has been hacked, and I suspect my ex, who is untrustworthy, is the culprit behind it. My mother has been deceased for over a month now, having suffered a stroke earlier that left her unable to speak or manage her account. Lately, I've been receiving numerous letters, not just from Sam's Club, but from other sources, regarding loans, credit cards, and even school loans that she couldn't have possibly applied for. The only person with potential access to her information is my son's father, as one of the places provided a contact number that belongs to him. I've taken legal actions by filing police reports against him. My mother has been gone for about a year and a half and was immobile before her passing, making it clear that she wasn't involved in any of these activities. This situation needs to be addressed promptly.

Fuel Masters, LLC mailed our September [redacted] payment on September 10, [redacted]. The payment was returned on Saturday, September 26, [redacted], in a window envelope with P.O. Box [redacted], Atlanta, GA, for $[redacted].36. Today, when checking our September [redacted] account balance online, we noticed a late fee of $39.99, which is unusual as we have never been late before. We are unsure why the post office did not deliver to the Sam's PO Box. I happened to be there on Saturday, so I prepared a new check #[redacted] and resent our payment for September [redacted]. Fuel Masters, LLC has been our fuel provider since [redacted], and John Landers is the owner. We have not received the latest cards for John Landers, Jamie Landers, or myself, Rhonda Strickler, yet. We did receive the new blue card for Korie Coffman. We would appreciate your assistance with this matter. Is it possible to waive the late fee? Thank you.

This was my first time using your credit card. My payment was due on the 18th, but it wasn't received or credited to my account until the 19th, resulting in a $28.00 late fee. While I understand that this may be your policy, given the current circumstances with Covid, delayed mail, and inclement weather, I believe an exception could be made for just one day. My credit record shows a score of [redacted] or more. Additionally, I already have credit cards with lower interest rates compared to what your card offers, including one from Costco where I shop frequently. As a real estate broker, I have other bank cards at my disposal and do not necessarily need your card. If you still feel that I should pay the $28.00, I kindly request to cancel my credit card as I believe my reasoning is justified. Feel free to call me to discuss this matter or proceed with the cancellation. Have a great day, regardless of the outcome.

Several months ago, I received a new physical card that was attached to an undated printed form. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the actual card but believe it is in my home and unused. The card number is 5[redacted] 3[redacted], with an expiration date of 04/23. I am requesting a replacement card be sent to the address on my statement. The latest transaction on the card is a scheduled payment of $[redacted].00 from my bank account today. Thank you.

My name is Beatriz Guzmán, and I have had a Sam’s Club card for years, always making my monthly payments on time. However, I have been receiving reminders lately stating that I am overdue, even though the payment is not due until 08/23/[redacted]. I already sent the full payment on 08/07/[redacted], in the amount of $[redacted].57 with check # [redacted]. Despite this, I keep getting charged and informed that I am late.
