To whom it may concern. **I, Wilfredo Hernandez, currently live in Miami, Florida. During my last trip to Mexico City and other cities in Latin America, I purchased this pair (please refer to photo as follows) of Salvatore Ferragamo shoes (TD ***** – * * EE) on April **th of this year (less than a month ago) in one of your Salvatore Ferragamo stores in Mexico City. After a few days later, I notice a “clacking noise” coming specially from the right shoe. It felt that it was coming from the heel or from the actual arc of the shoe. **Last week I had a business meeting near your Bal Harbour Mall store in Aventura, Florida, and I decided to visit your store since I was actually wearing the shoes. After talking to a few sales personnel, I met the store manager as I explained what was happening with the shoe. He looked down to my shoes and asked me to bring the shoes and leave them for repair. **I immediately complaint at him. This is a US$***.*** shoe, brand new that obviously is defective. Knowing your excellence in quality and service, I believe the shoes should be replace and not fix! You’re a global, international company with an impeccable reputation. Beside, this pair of shoe is not your regular type of shoe. It is one of the most expensive and newest models you have at your stores. **I contacted your customer service number and a nice young lady named Natasha asked me to send a photo of my shoes with the explanation of my incident. And here I am!**I sincerely hope you decide to replace my shoes and not to fix them, as I will continue to be a loyal customer of Salvatore Ferragamo. FYI, today I have * pairs of your different models that I have purchased during the past decade or so. **I hope you understand my frustration!
