I recently received a fler in the mail from Sally Beauty LLC with a ** % off *ENTIRE PURCHASE -OFFER VALID FEB*-FEB ** th **** COUPON attached so I went to our local Sally beauty store here in ALAMOGORDO N.M ***** ***** ON FEB **TH **** AT (*:**) PM TRANSACTION * **** TOTALING $ **.** *but when I presented the **% off coupon I was told that the coupon wasnt scanning & therefore she wasnt able to accept it ! So I was not able to use the coupon.SO my question IS:Why are coupons being mailed to our homes knowing that we won't be able to use the coupons that are presented in the flier ?? ALSO the store had a table by the door as you walk in with a sign that said *CLEARANCE now as I looked at several items I was interested in buying there were only the original sticker prices on them so when I asked the two young girls who were doing nothing at all but watching me ,what the clearance prices were they said they did not know that they would have to scan each item in order to give me the clearance price which was ridiculous & time consuming !! It seems to me that those two employees could have been sticking those red*orange clearance stickers on the products that were on clearance so your customers could enjoy shopping there !! Now after all that when I got home at ck out my receipt I saw that the employee had also overcharged for a few items that I had only asked her to check the prices for !! *Any & everytime I have gone into one of your SALLY BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES I usually always spend $** or more & I have had quite a few bad experiences in our local SALLYS this is the worst experience by far & I hope you do realize that now iv got to find the time to DRIVE BACK TO YOUR STORE JUST TO GET A REFUND ON THOSE ITEMS THAT I WAS OVERCHARGED FOR & THAT I WAS NOT INTETESTED IN BUYING & I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE CASHIER WHICH ITEMS I SID & DID NOT WANT !! I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE SOME FEEDBACK ON THIS MATTER THAT I AM TAKING VERY SERIOUSLY & FOR SEVERAL REASONS NOT JUST FOR THE MONEY ! THANK YOU
