To Whom It May Concern,
I am currently in Hungary with my J7 Samsung smartphone that has dual SIM cards activated. When I try to log into my online account, I am not receiving the verification code as I have in the past. My husband, who has a more advanced phone, is able to receive his code without any issues. Could you please advise me on what settings I need to adjust to resolve this?
