Help with my SaksFifthAvenue.com issue

How did GetHuman-patfodo do it?

The issue in GetHuman-patfodo's own words
Return the item for credit. ... With re: Order ***********Because the item ran large, I returned an Eileen Fisher Organic Linen Ankle Jumpsuit (color: Black* size Small) by dropping it off at the El Verano, CA ***** USPS on ********, and have yet to have the $***.** credited back to the Amex card on which it was originally charged. This is the second follow up inquiry I am making. Please advise how quickly I may expect to receive this credit. Thanks in advance.
This is the second inquiry I have made in this regard.
Confirmation that $***.** has been credited back to the Amex card, ending in **** on which this item was originally charged.
Given that I am dealing with Saks Fifth Avenue, I expected much better customer service.
A prior e-mail sent directly from the Saks Fifth Avenue website continues to go unanswered.
