I live in Tucson. I bought a sweater for my infant nephew in CT whom i planned to see in FL at Christmas.*I had it sent to AZ so i could take it in my suitcase to him. I had an emergency and at the last minute had to cancel my flight to FL. He is leaving FL soon to go back to CT. I can't send it too early, of course. They are driving and it may take several days. I called your customer service to give an allowance of more than ** days to return it if the size is wrong or he already has it. i got no help from customer service. I don't know how far their house in Fairfield Ct is from Saks, but she is a new mother and will be returning from a long trip and can't be running all over to satisfy your unreasonable return policy the first day or so she returns. I don't like the idea of sending it back and buying something else, but i feel cornered. Please give them at least ** days from their return to Fairfield to deal with this return, should it be necessary. I am Constance Graham. The item was a Ralph Lauren sweater for * months*old with bears on it. cotton. My order number was **********. Your customer service number was worthless.( I am now getting many emails from you every day. stop ads!) please provide my nephew and his wife a reasonable turn time.
