From: Mary Leberl ******@***.com**Date: ** July **** at **:**:** BST*To: *****@***.com*Subject: * issues*Dear Sainsbury’s **I cycle long distances around Kent every weekend **Last year I was nearly knocked odd my bike near Downe **Today I was near Farningham on Sparepenny Lane at **** when I was shaved by a driver in a Sainsbury’s food deliver van speeding towards me. This is a quiet one width car route frequently used by club cyclists but also by families on bikes. **As he came towards me I shouted for him to slow and his window was open so he should have heard me but he sped past and literally shaved my right hand . Fortunately I was wearing gloves so there was no injury. I stopped to take a photo of the exact location which I can forward on to you but I anticipate you have enough information to track the vehicle in question. **I have also had an issue with returning order number ******** . The clothes I ordered do not*Fit correctly so I phoned Sainsbury’s at Eden Park in Kent snd was told I could not Return there. As I do not currently have use of a car I caught the bus to Sainsbury’s Bell Green in Sydenham ( having checked the details in the back of the Delivery form and the website for opening hours )**I arrived there in Friday evening at around ****’but there was no one at the customer service desk I asked an assistant when somebody would be at the customer service desk and he told me he didn’t know but he thought that somebody would be back shortly.*I then went to start my shopping in Sainsbury’s went back to the customer service desk at approximately **** waited for about ** minutes whilst the customer service assistant was dealing with a Sainsbury’s colleague then got to the counter only to be told that I could only return my clothes to Argos and Argos was shut at * o’clock **I said that I’d made a special journey down to Sydenham and asked if it was a possibility of returning my clothes to the store I was told I could not.**Please can you confirm where it is appropriate store for me to be able to return to that is as local as possible to my home address (** Brabourne Rise BR**SH) For your reference my receipt number when I did the shopping at Sainsbury’s on Friday evening at Bell Green is receipt number ***** **I look forward to hearing back from you **Best Regards, **Mary Leberl
